Standard Refund Policy

All Sales Final- UNLESS DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM WAS RECEIVED! 

Several types of goods are legally exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, beverage items, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as bathing suits, lingerie, underwear or sanitary goods, gift cards, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. In addition to legal constraints, we cannot refund downloadable software, health and personal items.

Please think carefully about placing your order- once it’s done we are legally unable to change most of these items.

We have tried to keep our prices low in order for you to have more buying power. When you buy from a big box or brand name you’re paying automatically for multiple returns you’ll probably never use. You pay a premium for this return service, not for the quality of the products.

If an item doesn’t show up, please email us to track it. If in the event item was never delivered, we will refund or replace item. Please note, several of our clients have had items delivered but items were stolen from their mailboxes. We can’t refund for theft, so please try to secure your deliveries.
